NelStar products are very well accepted in the market, and are quality assured supplied by NelStar itself, which has been in the market for 13 years.
The focus of NelStar's production is Nelore bulls.
When available, NelStar also offers Nelore heifers and breeders, pregnant or not, as well as heifers and calves after weaning.
NelStar produces polled and standard Nelore bulls, purebred, identified by the RBFS and RBFX series respectively, as well as breeding bulls generated by purebred bulls of NelStar origin, in commercial Nelore breeders, in a standard of the LA (Open Book) genre.
The variety of bulls produced by NelStar comes from a market requirement, which seeks to meet the wishes of its customers.
The Nelore breed at NelStar are proven and well known to cattle ranchers, mainly from the eastern region of the State of São Paulo and the South of Minas Gerais.
All animals are produced by NelStar from pasture, from birth, without any kind of industrialized feed, except for mineral salt and/or protein salt, during the dry season. This is also a requirement of the market, which has been adopted by NelStar for 9 years, when NelStar left the exhibition tracks, after building a respected brand and receiving several awards for its animals.
Feeding of the animals is based on brachiaria grass, which covers NelStar’s pastures and, during the dry season, as a complement served to the grass itself, consisting of Napier grass and/or sugar cane, completely produced and siloed by NelStar itself, with its proven experience and technique.
NelStar uses the technique of artificial insemination and/or controlled or natural coverage in the production of its animals. The coverage is made exclusively by bulls bred and raised by NelStar itself, all registered with ABCZ and of proven quality. One of these bulls, Bruto Fiv da NelStar, became a center bull, and its harvest was approved by MAPA for resale.
NelStar strictly complies with the health rules applicable to its activity and is inspected annually by ABCZ technicians, which reinforces the quality assurance of its animals.
